At Threadheads, we want you to love your new gear, so we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. If your fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we've got you covered with a simple, stress-free process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, stick it on the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund or Swap

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
